  • The Price Promise applies to Orders placed and paid for through www.neo-trac.co.uk or by telephone with Neo-Trac Customer Services while this Price Promise is published on www.neo-trac.co.uk.
  • To qualify for the Price Promise, you must obtain a written quote for the purchase of an equivalent Thatcham Category 5 car tracker and service. The equivalent service must include accident monitoring, VSIB accredited installation in the UK, driver verification tags, at least one year's service subscription and be inclusive of VAT. The quote must be dated within 31 days of the date of your Neo-Trac Order Confirmation. NB: The quote must not be part of a limited period promotion or volume discount.
  • Having obtained a quote satisfying the above terms, this must be submitted by post to FREEPOST NEO-TRAC together with a copy of your Neo-Trac Order Confirmation. Your application must be received within 60 days of the date of your Neo-Trac Order Confirmation. No responsibility can be accepted for applications lost/delayed in the post.
  • Provided the quote for the purchase of an equivalent Thatcham Category 5 car tracker and service is lower than the price you have paid for the Neo-Trac Product and Service, we will refund the difference between the total price of the quote and the total Neo-Trac package quoted on the Order Confirmation to the payment card you used to pay for your Neo-Trac Order.

** If you take out a three year subscription with your order, you will receive a 20% discount on Year 2 and 3, making the total price you pay with your order £1,095, which is the equivalent of £1 per day over three years.
