Placing your order
Placing an order is straightforward. Speak to a Neo-Trac advisor today on 0870 060 1971.
Please ensure you have your vehicle make, model and registration number to hand and a credit or debit card.
Arranging Installation
Once your order has been confirmed, you will be contacted by a Neo-Trac Installation Engineer to arrange a mutually agreeable time, date and location for installation into your car and activation of the service. This location will need to be in a private car park or driveway of your choice. To comply with Thatcham Category 5, we cannot install the Neo-Trac car tracker system in a public street.
It usually takes about a week between confirming your order and undertaking the installation. Once agreed, this will be confirmed in writing, giving full contact details and what to do if any circumstances change.
Installation and Activation
Your Neo-Trac engineer will install and activate your Neo-Trac car tracker system and supply you with your User Guide and Driver Verification Tags (DVTs). The installation takes between 2 and 4 hours. Your Neo-Trac will then be activated and ready to protect you and your vehicle.
