Health Checks: Neo-Trac is constantly monitored for operational integrity. Should the onboard car tracking software demonstrate some form of malfunction a remote system analysis will be undertaken. If the problem cannot be rectified remotely, you will be contacted to schedule a visit from an engineer. In addition, you will be informed monthly of the operational status of your Neo-Trac system.
Software Updates: System updates can be installed wirelessly ensuring minimum inconvenience.
